Most of you know me as the burrito man or the candyman, but my actual name is Stephanray Lopez Melendez. I am a Senior, and this is my sixth year at FC. I am truly blessed to attend FC.
Friends and family are a big part of my life, without them I couldn't function. I need to be around people because I am a very social guy.
For common teenagers, their hobbies include of sports, TV or video games. However, my hobbies consist of collecting 1:18 die cast model cars that are purchased only from Europe and can cost a pretty penny.
Most of the time I read the Wall Street Journal or the New York Times. But when I do get the chance I travel with my dad on business meetings around the State of California and Mexico. In fact, I have spent every summer with my father learning about real-estate since I was six months old.
Because of my father's influence in my life I think life as an Entrepreneur is for me. From a young age, I saved my money and bought a vending machine then I distributed them in public hotspots. Since then I have engaged in companies like ACN (telecomunications company), 5 links, and now I am intrested in starting Amway when Im 18. I also plan to obtain my real-estate license when I am eligible to sell homes for fast cash and slowing obtain 100 homes before I turn 21.
I come from a hard-working family: my dad is a real estate Investor/ developer and my mom works for the state. One lesson they have taught me is to never give up.
One of my favorite quotes is this: "It takes courage to do what you want. Other people have a lot of plans for you. Nobody wants you to do what you want to do." Joseph Campbell said.
I also play basketball, Tae-Kwon-Do and formerly played football. But this year one of my goals is to re-enroll myself in track and field.
After high school, I would like to attend Columbia University in New York City or University of San Diego. One day I would like to receive a Masters iin architectural engineering, a master's in business accoutning and financing. Until then, its a dream in arms length of reach.
