During teacher Herbert Kendall’s science classes, two U.S. Navy servicemen visit to discuss the topic of nuclear power with the students, Feb. 4.

The session covered how nuclear energy works, how it was discovered and how it has progressed over the years.

“I learned that steam power is way more efficient than hydro-power,” junior David Casuga said. “It was cool that they were still interesting to listen to, even when talking about something that we didn’t really understand.”
