Recently, art teacher Sharon Scharf took on the task of teaching her fourth and fifth period students the technique and style of calligraphy, Feb. 9. She warned her students that the ink used for writing can be very messy, and has the potential to leave stains on the skin for up to three days if not used delicately.
As proof, Scharf shows her students the stains she received after filling new ink jars.
