The Central California Blood Center holds a blood drive on the Peoples Church campus in front of Building 6 from 1-5 p.m. in order to benefit elementary student Max Hinton, who is currently living with a neuroblastoma tumor, March 22.
Students were given the opportunity to sign up to give blood during school hours. After turning in a permission slip, donors were required to fill out paper work before stepping into the bus.
In total, the whole process of filling out paper work and having blood drawn took about 45 minutes to complete.
