Princess candidates compete in an round of trivia in order to avoid the embarrassing punishment of a dunk tank, Oct. 5.
The candidates are given a variety of challenging questions, both personal and intellectual. Student leadership students carefully select the questions for the nominees in order to fool the girls and entertain the crowds. When nominees answer wrong, they take a humiliating plummet into an ice cold dunk tank.
Eventually, every princess answers a question wrong and is dunked. Just as students think that the activity is over, leadership advisor and Bible teacher Aubri Foster climbs onto the dunk tank and challenges boys from each class to attempt to dunk her. Following Foster, a variety of students volunteer to enter the dunk tank.
