As seasons change, Fresno welcomes back Boots in the Park, the popular two-day event on September 13 as “Fresno’s Biggest Party.” Country artist Blake Shelton will headline the event and enthusiasm grows with the full lineup of performers released, including Brett Young, Mackenzie Carpenter, Bryce Leatherwood and Kevin Smiley.
The following day, fans are in for a surprise, as the excitement continues with Party in the Park, featuring popular artists, such as Pitbull, Lil Jon, and Fat Joe.
Fresno Christian student Zoey Aguirre, ’27, previously attended Boots in the Park events in the past. Aguirre is a huge country music fan.
“I’m most excited for the country lineup on Saturday night,” Aguirre said. “Blake Shelton and Brett Young have been performing for so long, and it will be amazing to finally see them live after years of listening to their music.”
Taking place in the beautiful Woodward Park, a variety of activities will be lined up for visitors. Boots in the Park promises to keep everyone entertained with fun dancing, a social atmosphere and delicious food and beverages.
The all-day events on Saturday and Sunday run from 1-10 pm. Tickets can be purchased on the official Active Events website. Prices include single-day passes, available for $105, and weekend passes, priced at $171.
