
This year the fall arrives late in the San Joaquin Valley while some of the East Coast cities are already hit by storms, Nov. 13.
According to the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the year of 2015 will have one of the strongest El Niño’s in 18 years which will peak in January-early March and weaken in spring.
The effect of El Niño includes irregular weather, serious drought, and an abundance of rain and snow.
