Journalism adviser Greg Stobbe organizes a meeting with the publications students at Clovis West High School to discuss the pros and cons of running an online paper, Feb. 17.

After Stobbe and the CW adviser, Pam Rakis, shared their stories of how they became involved in journalism, the students gathered in the computer lab to talk about new ideas and their staff positions. The gathering was also a way to celebrate or jumpstart national Scholastic Journalism Week, Feb. 20-26.

Although space was limited, both the FC and CW journalism staffs managed to fit in the lab and discussed ways to expand CW’s online paper, The Vantage.
