Now that students are beginning to ask their classmates to Sadies, on April 9, creative ideas are coming up — or rather, popping up.
Senior Tyler Haritzalde, right, received puzzle pieces throughout the day that spelled “Sadies,” but had yet to find the “?” piece and the anonymous sender. But during fifth period, high school secretary Brenda Warkentin, left, called Haritzalde to the office where senior Sarah Ingersol, center, was hiding.
Upon his arrival, Ingersol jumps up from behind the desk while wearing a T-shirt that reads, “Tyler, Sadies?” along with the missing question mark puzzle piece.
After much preparation and a successful turnout, Haritzalde accepted Ingersol’s request.
