Along with the junior and elementary classes representing FC in the Faces of the Valley Youth Art Show, the high school art program entered in their drawings as well, April 12. The reception was held at the Fresno Art Museum where the 4th and 6th grade classes won Best of Show within their grade level. There was a total of 56 classes competing at the art show.

Art teacher Sharon Scharf teaches both the junior high and high school art classes that entered in their drawings to this contest. Along with Scharf, teacher Stephanie Taggart teaches art at the elementary grade level.

This art show was sponsored by the Fresno County Office of Education and the Fresno Art Museum.
