Though many girls often get their ears pierced at a young age, Brooke Stobbe, ’12, has a a fear of ears and has avoided this common childhood tradition until Sept. 7.
In honor of her sister’s wedding Stobbe held her mother’s hand as a sales clerk at Claire’s pierced her ears. She said that she knew if she did not overcome this fear now, she would never conquer it.
