First, fourth and sixth period are growing silver crystals by preforming a single replacement reaction, Jan. 29.

Scott Bucher teaches how to use stoichometry to preformĀ a single replacement reaction in order for the silver nitrate and copper to react and create these silver crystals.

This lab requires three days and carful steady work in order for the reaction to occur and form properly.
