I love animals a lot, they’re just so cute I don’t know how anyone could not want to be with them all the time. A lot of pets at these shelters are either abandoned or have never had a home, they’re very scared and afraid. But when you spend time with them and nurture them they really open up, I just really hope they can all find lasting homes. — Morgan Miller
In the beginning of next month, March 2, the CCSPCA will be hosting an event called Connect With Me. According to CCSPCA’s website, “John Mallows show is called Connect with me. He will be talking about our shelter and programs. Walter will need 4-5 animals ready to take with him. Brittany and Kim will be going with Walter to talk about the Foster Program and to talk about The Rescue Program.” If you are searching for information and would like to become more educated about our local shelters and programs “Connect With Me” is the perfect program.
Morgan Miller, ’18, has a passion for animals and volunteers at numerous shelters.
