Denise Tally’s first grade class go to Golden Living Center convalescent home to sing Christmas carols complete with hand motions to its inhabitants, Dec. 14.
What first started as a trip to visit first grader Mia Sarale’s (not pictured) great great aunt turned into a service project. Later, the class agreed that it cheered up the residents and that singing for them is a good way to help the community.
