FC ladies ensemble began learning new music for the mass choir performance in Carnegie Hall, March 14.
In just a few short weeks the ensemble will be packing their bags for The Big Apple to participate in a choir made up of small music groups from all around the U.S. They are required to learn several songs before arriving.
The choral music selected includes: O Shenandoah, Ye Followers of the Lamb, Nothin’ Gonna Stunble My Feet, all arranged by Greg Gilpin. Gilpin will be the conductor of the mass choir. In addition to those songs Ensemble will also be singing Alleluia to Thee We Sing, composed by Mozart and Ballad of the Moon by Daniel Elder.
