1920’s-inspired full face
The theme of this year’s approaching FC formal is 1920s inspired. That being said, Beauty Obsessed brings you a Great Gatsby/1920s makeup look. The look is created with a full face, dark eye and bright lip.
After doing research, I found that in this time era many women wore bold color choices and were always in some form of glamour. Flappers are fashionable young woman intent on enjoying themselves and flouting conventional standards of behavior. Some fashionable thing the women did was wear a ton of blush and diamonds.
Nowadays, women like to contour the face and have bold eyebrows. Although the bold brow trend did not fade, the contoured face wasn’t quite there yet. Women did not bronze their face… just blushed.
Throughout the tutorial I had used dark brown colors and a red lip; you can always go in with different colors and a different lip shade. This is just an idea.
