The Feather brings its readers weekly FC campus announcements published the first day of each week. This week coverage is from Oct. 24- 28, 2016.

As the sports schedule gets underway, consider supporting JH and HS athletes at our home games. The week’s athletic events are listed in the weekly announcements below.

Tuesday

HS JV girls volleyball vs Fowler at 4:30 p.m.

HS varsity girls volleyball vs Fowler at 5:30 p.m. – Senior Night

Thursday

HS JV girls volleyball at Parlier HS, 4:30 p.m.

HS varsity girls volleyball at Parlier HS, 5:30 p.m.

Friday

HS varsity football vs Stone Ridge Christian at 7 p.m. – Senior Night

The Movement

The Movement is a free high school youth gathering at Peoples Church from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., Oct. 26. There is a free bbq and the pre-party from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. and a free concert from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Fall Choral Concert

All choir and ensemble members will have their Fall Choral Concert in the GL Johnson Chapel from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Oct. 24

Brother to Brother

Brother to Brother will have an off-campus lunch, Oct. 25.

Sister to Sister

Sister to Sister will have an on campus lunch, Oct. 25.

Board Game Club

Board Game club will have a meeting in room 623 from 3 – 4:15 p.m., Oct. 25 and Oct. 26.

Feather Meeting

The Feather staff will have a meeting to take their staff photo at 7 a.m., Oct. 28.

Debate Club

Debate club will have a meeting in room 604 at 7:30 a.m., Oct. 27.

TEA Talks

TEA Talks is a program for high school girls and brings them together to help each other on their walks with Christ.

Track and Field

Track and Field is starting voluntary pre-season workouts. Meet on Wednesdays from 3:15 p.m. -4:15 p.m. in the weight cage. See Coach Fuller for more details.
