Title: New York
Description: Using pen and ink, Blankenship worked on details while still keeping the spontaneous look that she aimed for with this piece. For two months, she worked on a drawing that resembled, but romanticized New York city. With it’s clock towers and grey skies, she accentuated what she loved most about the city. She portrays towering buildings, brickwork, and many trees in this hand drawn picture of New York.
