Art I students cut and glue magazine pictures to make their topography art project, Nov. 18.
Topography art is a drawing of concentric shapes that make up the surface features of an item. They had to find pictures in magazines that showed an aspect of the object they were depicting. The pictures were cut out and layered to imitate the object they chose to create.
This assignment was given to the class to broaden their perspective and challenge their creativity.
