Sophmore Ashley Zamarripa checks her Bible grades on Powerschool, Jan. 25.
Students use powerschool to check and monitor their grades in all their classes. Teachers enter in grades to the website so that they can over see their students grades more efficently.
Spanish teacher Rachel Rodriguez shares the covienence powerschool provides from a teachers point of view.
“When kept updated, students know exactly where they stand in their classes,” said Rodriguez. “When assignments are missing and the due date has passed, the grade is put in as a zero; then students can see their missing grade and do their best to fix it”.
Students are given the opportunity to check their grades and talk with their teachers during advisory.
