The 6th annual FC Career day features 12 guest speakers. Each speaker spoke about the career that they are in and what it takes to be successful in that profession.
To kick off Career day, students met in the SMC for an introduction; then were dismissed to attend the different sessions. The day presents opportunities to students, helping them plan for the future.
The first session included, Lawyer Michelle Logan, Land Surveyor Justin Wood, News Reporter Christina Tetreault and Forensic Scientist Michael Koop.
Session two included, Social Worker/Clinician Fina Solorio, Firefighter David Yancey, Church Pastor John Cox and Pediatric Pharmacist Tom Cross.
Session three included, Court Reporter Jennifer Rasmussen, Civil Engineer Michael Robbins, Web Designer Justin Pierce and Fresno PD Detective David Fries.
The event featured a variety of speakers including a firefighter, a pharmacist, a court reporter, a forensic scientists and others.
