[/media-credit] The Feather starts their day by visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, March 12.

Second day in NYC, the Feather begins their early morning by going to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, March 12.

The day started out with a brisk walk to the museum to catch the 9 a.m. check in. They expericenced what is was like the day of 9/11 as well as it’s effect by learning stories of survivors and those who perished.

Next, they visited One World Observatory which is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere standing at 104 floors. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Manhattan.

Making one more stop before heading back to the hotel, The Feather walked down Wall Street stopping at Trinity Church where they saw Alexander Hamilton’s grave stone.

They ventured back into Times Square streets and later headed to the NY Rangers hockey game. Rangers lost, 3-2, against Tampa Bay Lightning.
