Fresno State senior, Jimmy Camacho has been observing Hope Villines’ elementary PE class to complete a total of 40 observation hours.
Camacho will be graduating with his masters degree in curriculum instruction to become a teacher, eventually hoping to become an athletic director.
“I completed my observation hours two weeks ago,” Camacho said. “But I really enjoy helping out with the kids, and I need more experience with teaching and coaching.”
Originally from So-Cal, Camacho is looking forward to starting his teaching career in Fresno.
Also apart of the Fresno State Football team as the kicker, Camacho’s first game will be Sept. 12 at the Bulldog Stadium against the Incarnate Word Cardinals.
