Deborah Ingerson, ’20, is involved in varsity volleyball in her first year at FC.
The Ingerson family came to the decision to move to California after her father was offered a job as the president of the Christians in Action Missions International.
Ingerson especially appreciates the teachers at FC.
“The teachers are all so nice and helpful,” Ingerson said. “They’re always willing to take time to talk to you or help you when you ask for it.”
Within her first few weeks at FC, Ingerson was eager to get involved. After playing soccer for the majority of her life, she thought it would be a good time to switch things up. She joned the varsity girls volleyball team in hopes of meeting new people.
“I’m really looking forward to gaining new skills this season while playing a new sport,” Ingerson said. “I’m excited to grow closer to my teammates.”
