Elementary Cheer Clinic
[/media-credit] Lauryn Tucker, ’18, leads kindergarteners in fun cheers at the elementary cheer clinic, Sept. 18.

Senior Lauryn Tucker leads a group of kindergarten cheerleaders at the elementary cheer clinic, Sept. 18.

Girls from grades K-6 gather to learn a dance, a main cheer and multiple short cheers from the varsity cheer team. After stretching, the kids are split into groups by grade.

Two varsity cheer girls are assigned to each group. Junior high cheerleaders are spread amongst the elementary students.

The cheer clinic is a fund raiser to raise money for choreographers for the varsity cheerleaders competition routine.

Come out and watch elementary perform what they’ve learned in cheer clinic at the next home football game against Mammoth High School, Sept. 22.
