Campus students, along with thousands of others around the nation, join together before school for See You At The Pole, Sept. 27. Faculty and student body meet at 7 a.m. in the courtyard.
Members from varying grades join together in a time of worship lead by worship team member Tyler Villines, ’18. Over 80 students sang four songs before prayer time.
Leadership prepares a list of key subjects to have small groups pray over. The subjects prayed for include students throughout the nation, FC, our government, family and friends.
Aubri Foster and Robert Foshee, leadership advisors, hand out See You At The Pole bracelets to all who attended the prayer and worship time.
“See You at the Pole is a national day where students from all across the country are meeting on their campuses, around their flagpoles, to pray for the country, and the nation, our leaders, and also their city leaders,” Foster said. “It’s an opportunity for Christians on campus to gather together and to seek the Lord in the place that they are at the most, at school.”
