The Feather brings its readers weekly FC campus announcements published the first day of each week. This week coverage is from Oct. 9 – 13, 2017.

As the sports schedule gets underway, consider supporting JH and HS athletes at our home games. The week’s athletic events are listed in the weekly announcements below.

Monday

HS girls tennis vs Avenal HS at 3:30 p.m.

HS volleyball vs Riverdale HS at 4:30 p.m. for JV and 5:30 p.m. for Varsity.

Wednesday

Thursday

HS volleyball @ Caruthers HS at 5:30 for JV and 6:30 for varsity.

Friday

HS football @ Kings Christian HS at 7 p.m.

Homecoming results

Freshmen: 550 PTS

Sophomores: 575 PTS

Juniors: 300 PTS

Seniors: 400 PTS

Juniors

Juniors will take the PSAT from 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the FCS gym, Oct. 11.

STEM Club

STEM club meets 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. in room 622, Oct. 11.

Choir

The fall choral concert will take place from 7 – 8:30 p.m. in the Peoples Church Auditorium, Oct. 9.

Music Muffins are sold every Wednesday before school in the quad area next to building 6. Muffin and juice for $2. Proceeds to the FC choir.
