Evangelina Tello introduces herself as the new academic advisor in Christian Living class, Nov. 1. 

Sharing her testimony and new job on campus, Tello hopes to provide the support that students may need. She recently took over the role of academic advisor from previous advisor Michelle Warkentin.  

Before setting foot on campus, Tello was the Admissions Student Counselor at Fresno Pacific University for four years and substitute taught at Clovis Unified for two years.

For Tello, coming to campus was an easy decision, because she wanted to work at a place that had a supportive community.

“Accepting the position at FCS was an easy decision!” Tello said, ” I wanted to work at a place where I felt that I was part of a supportive community and I am so grateful I found that here at FCS. My time here so far has been amazing thanks to the staff and students making me feel at home!”
