Dear editor:
As far as my team is concerned, we were not in sync when it came to our strategy on the beach (Cayucos, Sept. 15). Many of my teammates were not aware of a technique called blocking.
Therefore I was under heavy pressure to make accurate throws with my rocket laser arm. Of course, I came through in the clutch and led our team to a few scores.
But I do believe the game ended in a tie. I know that we had them on the ropes, and it was just a matter of time before we were victorious. Lucky for the other team time expired!
I hope for and am expecting a rematch soon to show once and for all, experience over youth always dominates.
I’m OUT.

As it being the first time for me playing powder puff and never really playing catch with a football, I think I did pretty good for a first time playing. We had an amazing team this year; I can’t wait till next year.

As an avid football fan, I must comment on the unique grip held on the football.
Protection of the football is imperative especially on run plays as this appears to be. If the ball is angled a bit more, the ball handler would have much more control and in the event of an aggressive defender; this would prevent the chance of a fumble.
