As the weather begins to change in Fresno, leaves begin to turn color and temperature begins to lower, Nov. 6. With having recently set back the time for Daylight Savings, the sun sets quicker.

Junior Kayla Vanderlinden shares her favorite things about fall and why it is her favorite season.

“I like fall because its always so pretty outside, and I love hot chocolate and blankets” Vanderlinden said. “I love watching movies with my dog, and when my mom makes warm food, its the best. I love when I go outside and see all the leaves different colors because its so pretty to look at.”

• Attend a local football game.
• Attend a local harvest festival.
• Build a leaf fort.
• Have a baking day.
• Play your own game of flag football in the yard.
• Make hot chocolate with marshmallows.
• Get lost in a corn maze.
