Sophomores Carston Saelzler and Mackenzie Beckworth interview Dr. John Medina at the San Joaquin Town Hall Lecture, Jan. 23.
Dr. Medina, a molecular biologist, professor, researcher, and author of ten books, speaks on the genes behind brain development and psychiatric conditions. He studies brain patterns and how the it ages over time.
Medina is the author of New York Times bestseller “Brain Rules: 12 Principles for Surviving and Thriving at Work, Home, and School”. A book about the way our schools and work environments are designed, and understanding how the brain develops.
