As the class of 2019 looks forward to graduation, The Feather spotlights seniors in an effort to know them better. This series will focus on their time at Fresno Christian and their aspirations moving forward. This is the 2019 senior spotlight of Kayla Fermanian.
How many years have you attended FCS?
I have gone to FC a total of three years.
Where/how many colleges have you applied to for next year?/Which is your top pick?
I applied to 15 colleges but my top pick is Vanguard University.
What do you plan on majoring in?
I plan to major in business and law.
Who has been an influential “favorite” teacher in your eyes and how?
My favorite teacher would be Mrs. (Andrea) Donaghe because she has always been very trustworthy and supportive.
What activities have you been involved in over the past 4 years?
I am a part of the yearbook team and Sister to Sister, as well as leadership, FFA and home economics.
Is there anything you wished you would have done differently?
I wish I would have been more involved in things.
If you could give the lower classmen advice for surviving high school, what would it be?
My advice to lower classmen would be to stay connected with your class and get involved.
Post graduation, what do you look forward to in your future?
After graduating high school I look forward to going to a good college and working on getting into law school.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself as a lawyer.
