Elementary student’s friends and family gather for the annual open house, May 7.
At this event, TK-6th grade students get the opportunity to show parents the work and projects they have completed throughout the year. This event also provides parents time to talk with the student’s teacher.
Attendants are served dinner from Chick-Fil-A. After parents and students are done eating, they toured the classroom and observed projects students completed throughout the year. Once students and parents finished in the classroom, many of them watched third grade perform traditional square dancing in the quad.
FC cheer teams held a bake sale to raise donations for the cheer department during the evening. Homemade cookies, brownies and desserts are available for families throughout the night.
