Sophomores Lizzy Baker and Sarah Upshaw work on their current bible project in Scott Falk’s New Testament bible class, Nov. 4.
Fresno Christian offers three different options for earning four years of bible credit. Freshman and sophomore take Old Testament and New Testament while juniors and seniors take Christian Living for two years.
As an alternative, leadership and worship team students, have the option of receiving bible credit through an online course that covers the same material as the other classes.
Fresno Christian bible teacher of four years, Aubri Foster, thoughtfully constructs the bible class experience and explains “Student Learning Outcomes.”
“I truly hope that my students learn to love God and love others well,” Foster said, “and I hope that I model Christ’s love and point them back to Him as we navigate the 20-21 school year.”
Fellow bible teacher Scott Falk brings 18 years of experience into the classroom, starting every class with a lesson from Psalms.
“I hope all students in my class learn that the Psalms are the place in the Bible that teach us how to pray and provide a guide for our prayers,” Falk said. “That the God of the Psalms, the God of the Bible, is a good and merciful and loving God who is worth trusting and worshipping.”
