Congratulations to this year’s sophomore princess candidates, Zoe Blanchfield, Julia Castiglione and Chloe Johnson. Get to know these candidates with some facts and information they’re shared with The Feather Online. Princess candidates will be introduced on the field at 6:30 p.m. before kickoff. The official homecoming pageant will take place during halftime, at the 37th Annual Fresno Christian Homecoming game against Riverdale Christian, Sept. 23.
Chloe Johnson
Johnson has attended Fresno Christian since 4th grade. Three words to describe Johnson are kind, loyal and funny. Her favorite FC memories are cheering at football games with her friends. Johnson’s favorite bible verse is Psalms 56:3 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Hollywood crush: Ross Lynch
Most important quality in a mate: Religion, humor and loyalty.
Favorite Decade: 50’s
Julia Castiglione
Castiglione has attended Fresno Christian since 5th grade. #1 thing on her bucket list is to take photos all around Greece. If she could eat at only 1 fast food restaurant for life it would be In-n-Out. Castiglione’s favorite bible verse is Isiah 41:10. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Favorite FC memory: Hume Lake and 8th grade year

Name of your childhood stuffed animal or blanket: A dog named Pookie
Zoe Blanchfield
Blanchfield has attended Fresno Christian since 3rd grade. She would like to have 3-4 children someday. If Blanchfield were stranded on an island with one Disney Character she would hope to have Hercules with her. Blanchfield’s favorite bible verse is Romans 12:2. “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
