Seven home schoolers include Judah Roseno, Matt Kent, Logan Kruger, Bryson Moore, Frank Kazarian, Titus Callus and Sam Copeland.
Touchdowns by:
No. 3 Bryson Moore
2 TD by No. 6 Joshua Chinn and a pick six
No. 15 Jude Sheppard
2 TD by No. 17 Joshua Kubota
Chinn recalls his pick six during the Friday night game.
“Once I got that pick, all I thought was returning it for as many yards as I could to set up the offense. Before I knew it, I was one defender away from a touchdown,” Chinn said. “I looked at the angle he was coming towards me and I decided to do a spin move. During the last 15 yards I got a calf cramp and almost fell, but it was super cool getting the pick.”
Senior cheerleaders include Madi Foster, Tori Tarlton and Lindsay Logan.
Foster has the chance to be one of the captains after participating in varsity cheer for all four years.
“Senior night was one of the best football games I have cheered at. The energy and the environment was completely different. I think having cheer clinic on the same night really made things special. After being on the cheer team for four years and participating in making senior night special for the past seniors, it really made me appreciate the things my teammates did,” Foster said. “The whole night I was feeling loved by my team and grateful for all they do. I am a little sad however that this is my last year at Fresno Christian, but I’m excited to go to college and start a life separate from high school.”
Next game is at Legacy Christian, Oct. 19!
