With a rowdy student section, and an uproar of chants, Fresno Christian girls volleyball defeats Hanford in the CIF, Division IV, Valley Championship, Nov. 3.
The game left fans in the stands on the edge of their seats after each set with the scores of 25-22, 25-23, and 25-22. This is the first time the girls volleyball team has ever won the valley championship in Fresno Christian history.
At the completion of the game, players, family and the entire student section flooded the court, congratulating the team.
The team is now headed to the state playoffs! The Eagles will travel to Grass Valley to compete against Bear River High School at 6:00pm, Nov. 8.
