Feather students continue their walk down the roads of New York City and go deeper into the underground subways as they make their way on new adventures, March 13.

15 students were allowed to go to the famous museum, The Met. displaying works of art from different cultures and periods collected over 5,000 years worldwide The Met aims to bring people in to learn history and admire traditions before them.

Connecting Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights, The Feather walks a mile along 143-year-old Brooklyn bridge after stuffing themselves with delicious wood-fired pizza from the local restaurant, Juliannas Pizza.

Closing out the day, Students and chaperones were honored with the opportunity to go to not one, but two Broadway shows, the first being HadesTown. After advancing their way to their hotel to deck out for the long-awaited musical excitement was in the air and the chills were strong after hearing the beautiful voices of actors and actresses on stage.

Hadestown is a love story between musician Orpheius and local singer Eurydice that gradually comes together through conflict created by the hatred of Hades and Persephone and the enchantment between musician Orpheius and local singer Eurydice.
