It’s officially Homecoming week at Fresno Christian High School (Oct. 7-11) and this year’s theme is “Family Game Night.” Congratulations to the court candidates for this years 39th annual event. The Feather would like to introduce you to the nominees voted in by their peers. Kenna Sherfield, Elle Johnson and Tatum McQuown are this year’s Freshman Princesses.
Kenna Sherfield
Sherfield has attended Fresno Christian since 7th grade. She would describe herself as kind, a perfectionist, and a slay. If Sherfield could sing a duet with anyone, it would be Morgan Wallen, and her favorite fast food place is Butterfish.
1. #1 on your adventure bucket list?
Swimming with sharks
2. If you could have one high school do over, what would that be?
Nothing because I’ve only been in high school for 2 months. #SoFarSoGood!
3. If you could have one wish granted to you, what would it be?
I’d wish for a beach house with a horse stable and horses.
Elle Johnson
Johnson would spend a million dollars on a girl’s trip. Her favorite fast food restaurant is In-N-Out, and her favorite board game is Scrabble. Johnson would describe herself as encouraging, outgoing and a wingman.
1. What grade did you come to Fresno Christian?
Kindergarten, I am an O.G. Witters Kritters.
2. Hollywood crush?
Well, all of my crushes are athletes… I’d say right now it’s a tie between Brock Purdy and Jude Bellingham.
3. Personal hero
My mom. She taught me to always love people, even when they’re hard to love.
Tatum McQuown
McQuown has attended Fresno Christian since 7th grade. Her #1 adventure on her bucket list is to travel to Australia, and her favorite board game is Clue.
1. If you had a million dollars, what would you buy?
I would buy a lot of land.
2. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
Fly, because you can go anywhere in the world you want.
3. If you could sing a duet with anyone, who would it be?
I CAN’T SING, but if I were able to, Zach Bryan.
