Captain and four year varsity player Samuel Reiker,’25, finds his passion for soccer through his family’s love and appreciation for the sport. Reiker values the impact playing the game of soccer has on his life.
“Growing up my family loved soccer and so I learned to love soccer and it’s been a central part of our life so I’ve always loved playing and some of my favorite memories have definitely been playing with my brother and my friends and combining these parts of my life.”
Four year varsity goalie and captain Theron Meyers,’25, gained lots of friends on and off the pitch through playing soccer and hopes to continue growing those relationships into lifelong freindships .
“Some of my favorite memories are playing with all my friends especially at the coast tournaments,” Meyers said. ” The bonding that you get to do with your teammates and I’ve made lifelong friends through playing.”
After a strong win vs the Minarets Mustangs, 4-1, the team’s current record stands at 4 wins and 13 losses, an improvement from the 23-24 season’s 2 wins 14 losses and 2 ties.
