When the word crepe is mentioned, the image of a small French cafe comes to mind. A local establishment, however, adds a new twist to the traditional French cuisine with a Bohemian-style cafe.
The Crepe Factory is a quiet eatery located at the corner of Champlain and Shepherd. The restaurant offers quick desserts in a relaxing atmosphere, decorated with red couches and chairs with thick rugs throughout.
Owner John Santarelli began The Crepe Factory seven months ago. He opened the original restaurant with the intention to introduce Fresno to one of his favorite desserts.

Not only was this pizza huge, it was delicious. I wasn’t able to finish my piece either, but it sure was tasty.

Ting Ting, I can assure you that the pizza was AMAZING! If you get the chance, go get some! Just down the street from Columbia University! 🙂
And Hayden, I must admit that I did not finish the whole piece… but it was only $3 which was a really good price!
