During the past few weeks, I have been given many opportunities to take pictures of my family and friends. Super Bowl Sunday gave me a good reason to invite my three friends, juniors Cassidy Hutchins, Madison Dooley, and Kelsey Gunner, over for a “photo-shoot.” This was the first time I had all three of them over at my house in a long time, so I decided to take them outside at half-time to snap some photos.

In addition, the continuous rain has provided me with fresh and unique nature shots which were all taken in my front or back yard. In the past two weeks, my step-sister visited my home a couple times, offering the chance to take pictures of her two young children.

It has been about one month since my last Experiments in Photography article, and I have taken about 30 pictures since. I hope that as time progresses, more opportunities open up to take pictures so I can reach a goal of 40-50 pictures a month.
