As part of the channel’s Friday Morning Football series, KFSN ABC 30 will visit the campus and film the football teams and cheer squads. The event will be held in the FCS Gym at 5:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 17.
The station will intermittently broadcast live with ABC 30 reporter Christine Park. The school will highlight its new football field and stadium, and individuals will be interviewed.
All students are encouraged to attend the event and to wear spirit wear. They will be given a homework pass for their Thursday homework, allowing them to turn in any assigned work on Monday.
“I think it’s cool that we’re going to be filmed because we’ll get to be on TV,” Kelsey Gunner, ’11, said. “It’ll be good for our school to get noticed.”
In Ground Zero, a free pancake breakfast will be provided for all those who attend.
