This installment is the fourth in the “Get to Know” series, a feature which aims to help students learn more about their classmates and teachers. A new installment will be posted every other Thursday.
In this edition of “Get to Know,” staff writer Jieun Seo, ’14, interviews sophomore Matthew Jenkins.
Seo: What kind of books do you like to read?
Jenkins: I like to read fiction because you get to put yourself into a story that is imaginary.
Seo: What kind of music do you like?
Jenkins: All types, because it is nice to listen to different types of music and know many songs.
Seo: Can you taste the difference between Coca-Cola and Pepsi?
Jenkins: Yes; Coke is more bubbly than Pepsi.
Seo: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Jenkins: I want to live in a country where it is nice and quiet.
Seo: What is your favorite scent?
Jenkins: In-N-Out.
Seo: Would you choose to live forever, if you could?
Jenkins: No, because I don’t want to be here when I am old or when the world comes to an end.
Seo: Do you eat breakfast?
Jenkins: Yes, because it gives me energy throughout the day.
Seo: What country or city would you like to visit?
Jenkins: I would like to visit Paris to see the Eiffel Tower.
