I went to see this (Courageous) with my family this last week. I actually thought it was the best Christian movie I have seen! True, the graphics were nothing to push me to the edge of my seat, and other than the song Courageous in the credits, the soundtrack was hardly memorable. But this is not Inception, either. I never missed anything in the graphics, and the music happily sat in the background.

Unlike some secular movies, the plot was constructed enough to alleviate the need for other entertainment. I have only cried at a small handful of movies, and this movie was believable enough to get me to really, really cry. And it was so funny, too! My family laughed much too loud in the theater…

So overall, while it was not as exciting as Inception or as in-depth as Lord of the Rings, I would have to say it is by far the best Christian movie I have yet seen. I look forward to the next ones!
