Athletic Director and head football coach Mick Fuller
prepared his team throughout the summer with rigorous training in hopes of a successful season.
“I look forward to it, I think it will be a good opportunity for the boys to show how hard they’ve worked this summer,” Fuller said. “Im looking forward to and confident that our boys are going to represent the school well.”
Football captain Brandon McCormick,’13, earned his position by playing varsity football all four years of high school.
“Personally I feel like I am prepared as a person, but as a team I feel like it could be tough in certain situations during the game,” Brandon said. “But I think we can pull it out in the end. I’ve been pretty anxious for the past couple weeks just because it’s my last year of football. It’s sad in a sense but also a happy feeling.”
Sophmore Mackenzie Devereaux ,’15, enjoys cheering on the FC Eagles.
“I’m really excited. I can’t wait to watch them play and see how they do this year,” Devereaux said. “Hopefully we will be able to win more games.”
