Also, please be sure to check out the Eagle’s schedule for the upcoming season on Max Preps. FC is currently 6-7 overall and 0-0 in the West Sequoia League as of Sept. 25. FC’s next game will be on Sept. 26, as the Eagles play the Tranquillity Tigers at home.

HAWKS DEFEAT EAGLES, SEPT. 10

The Eagles traveled to Liberty High School to take on the Hawks in Madera, CA, Sept. 24.

In set one, the Eagles took an early lead against the Hawks. However, Liberty quickly turned the tables ending the set 25-20.

In set two, the Hawks continued on their scoring spree. the final score was 25-21, Hawks.

The Eagles were Finished off in the third set. The final score was 25-17.

Despite this loss, Junior Ivette Ibarra feels confident about their season.

“Overall I thought we did pretty well,” Ibarra said. “We didn?t play to the best of our ability but we performed well. we could?ve worked better on our communication as a team. Once we figure out how to communicate better I think we have potential of being undefeated in league.”
