This is the 29th episode of “FC Underground, 2014-15,” covering the week of Feb. 16-20, 2015. Sophomore Hannah Nale fills in for senior Callista Fries who is a third-year host and broadcasts the video news alone normally. FC Underground is a weekly segment hosted by Fries, filmed and produced by junior videographer Tim Nyberg.

Girls Soccer has their first playoff game.
At Fowler HS all of the Basketball teams will be playing, JV at 4:30, Girls at 5:30, and boys Varsity at 7:30.
Wednesday:
Boys Soccer have their first playoff game, the first play off game the boys team has played in 6 years.
Thursday:
The girls soccer team will play the second playoff game.
Saturday:
Baseball has a double header, the first game starts at 11 a.m and the second game will start at 1 p.m.
Thurs. Feb 19 is FC Serve Day if you have not already signed up, go to the HS office for help.
Kids Day is March 3, Students will be out selling papers as early as 4:00 a.m.
There is an opportunity to go on a college trip, if you are a Sophomore, Junior or Senior with a GPA of 3.5 or higher you are eligible to go on, sign up in the high school office, the cost for the trip is $100.
The annul Night Of The Stars is on March 28, tickets will go on sale Feb. 20, for $45.

“FC Underground” first ran in the fall of 1997 and continued until the spring of 2001. In the fall of 2009, editor-in-chief Suzanna Quiring , ’10, resumed the series, which was then produced by Paige Powell, ’10. After Quiring and Powell graduated, Brooke Stobbe and David Casuga took up the job until the end the 2011-’12 school year. Now, Fries and usually junior Tim Nyberg continue the segments.
