Before the basketball game against Parlier, Feb. 20, senior Larissa Hensley, right, found a creative way to ask boyfriend Michael Raymer, ’09, not pictured, to Sadies.

Still riding on the adrenaline from winning their game, 68-22, several of her teammates joined together to help Hensley complete her plan.

After Raymer was honored over the loudspeaker for senior night, the announcer said, “Michael, Larissa has a question for you….”

The basketball girls held out the signs spelling S-A-D-I-E-S, with Hensley, holding the question mark.
