It’s raining, it’s pouring, and the fall weather has finally arrived, Nov. 2.

For weeks, the Central Valley has been anticipating the rain. This years predicted rain fall for winter is very heavy. Today’s forecast was correct, Fresno has received rain storms all day. Rain is forecasted to pour down into the night and stop early tomorrow morning.

According to the FresnoBee it has rained 0.34 inches today. It is expected to snow in the Sierra Nevada mountains tonight and tomorrow.
